If the nature of the contract delivery includes any unescorted access to Warwickshire Police premises or access to sensitive material/systems; contractor staff will need to be vetted in accordance with our non-police personnel vetting procedures.
If this applies to a contract, we will state this in any tender documents and you may be required to confirm what staff vetting procedures you have in place and any staff who already hold security clearance.
If you have not had to do this before and or have not worked with the police before, this does not mean you cannot express interest in our tenders or put forward a proposal, however you may be required to put contract staff through vetting, and there may be some additional costs associated with this.
No contractor staff will be allowed to visit any premises unaccompanied without relevant security clearance.
All contractors requiring vetting will be asked to register via the Police National Vetting Service
