Virginia Eales, 73 from Kenilworth, has been charged with assisting an offender.
Her first appearance in court will be on 2 October at Warwickshire Magistrates Court.
This is relating to our investigation into the alleged murder of a man in his 40s in Kenilworth on 20 March 2026.
We responded along with paramedics after concerns were raised for the welfare of a man in a house on Chestnut Avenue just before midnight on 20 March 2026.
Sadly, the man – 45-year-old Carl Stephens – had died.
