This is Ryan.

Ryan has been our Positive Action Officer for the last two and a half months, working with staff, officers, and the public to help us remove barriers for underrepresented parts of our society in Warwickshire Police and for the people we serve.

He's kindly offered to sit down and talk to us about what led him to join with us, as part of the first Behind the Badge of a new series!
