Two men have been arrested after officers carried out a proactive stop and search in Nuneaton.
The men from Coventry – aged 18 and 32 – were arrested on suspicion of possession of class A drugs with intent to supply.
At around 3.35pm yesterday (Thursday 14 October), officers from the County Lines Disruption Team carried out a proactive stop and search of an Audi A3 in Earls Road.
During the search officer located a quantity of suspected class A drugs, cash and mobile phones.
The 18-year-old has been bailed and the 32-year-old released under investigation while enquiries continue.
