A 16-year-old boy from Leamington Spa was arrested yesterday (4 May 2021) on suspicion of Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Supply.
Plain clothed officers from Proactive CID spotted a boy acting suspiciously in Bury Road, Leamington, at around 2.56pm.
The boy was detained for search under the Misuse of Drugs Act. During the search suspected Class A drugs were found, as well as a sum of cash and a mobile phone.
As a result the boy was arrested and later released on bail pending further investigations.
