Two men have been arrested for vehicle crime offences following an incident in Dordon on Wednesday night (17 February).
At around 8.20pm, a Ford Transit van was stolen from Vicarage Close in Dordon. The vehicle was observed on Townsend Drive, Nuneaton by police at 8.45pm in convoy with an Audi Q3 and was later found abandoned in Ptarmigan Place.
Searches of a nearby premises took place where further stolen vehicle parts were discovered.
A 27-year-old man and an 46-year-old man from Nuneaton were arrested on suspicion of theft of a motor vehicle. Both men were interviewed and have been released on police bail while enquiries continue.
If anyone saw the two vehicles in convoy on Wednesday or may have dashcam footage, please call Warwickshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 327 of 17 February 2021.
