Police arrested a 36 year old man from Rugby on suspicion of failing to provide a breath test after the car he was driving collided with a bridge in Thurnmill Road, Long Lawford, Rugby at 20.27 hours on Monday 7 December. There was significant damage to the vehicle. Fortunately he and two other occupants of the vehicle were not injured. The 36 year old has been released under investigation after spending over 12 hours in police custody.
Warwickshire Police is appealing for witnesses following a collision in Middleton near Tamworth this morning (Tuesday 8 December).
