Hearing type: Misconduct Hearing

 

The Standards of Behaviour engaged are:

  • Authority, Respect and Courtesy
  • Equality and Diversity
  • Discreditable Conduct

       

Hearing Outcome: The chair found there to be gross misconduct for all three accounts. 

 

Sanction: Former Police Sergeant Paul Whitehurst would have been dismissed without notice had the former officer remained in service.
