I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 21st May 2025 in relation to calls regarding the condition of the A4189 just of the roundabout near the Harvester Dog, Redditch, B80 7DR, and subsequent clarification received on 23rd May 2025, as follows:

I can confirm that the map detailed is correct and this is the area I’m looking on information for.
Response: Searches were conducted of the Command & Control System for incidents logged between 18th May 2025 and 21st May 2025 which meet the criteria of your request. I can advise that this search returned one relevant incident.
However, it is important to note that location details are very much dependent upon what information is added to the log at the time of the call and not all incidents are reported.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is as accurate as possible.
