I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 2nd May 2025 as follows:
How many women have been attacked by a transgender woman in public toilets between 2005 and 2015?
How many men have been attacked by a transgender man in public toilets between 2005 and 2015?
How many women have been attacked by a man in public toilets between 2005 and 2015?
Please find the Warwickshire Police response set out below
Response: Please be advised that due to system changes we are unable to retrieve crime data for statistical purposes prior to 2018. Therefore, our response is no information held.
In order to provide assistance, I can advise that we may be able to provide some information for crimes recorded since 1st January 2018 which have a location premise type of ‘public toilet’. However, please note that victim and suspect roles added to a crime investigation can only be recorded with genders male or female.
