Please find the Warwickshire Police response set out below.
Q1 response: Retention of data complies with the College of Policing APP and the force local Record Management Policy and Procedure. Retention periods are monitored and actioned by a manual or automated process (this depends upon the database in which the specific type of information is kept, eg crime date, financial, HR records etc) in line with the retention period, as per the National Retention Schedule.
Q2 response: Warwickshire Police do not hold any specific recorded information in relation to your request. Please note that the Act only extends to requests for recorded information and does not require public authorities to answer questions if this would mean creating new information, or giving an opinion or judgement that is not already recorded.
