I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 31st January 2025 as follows:
Please could you provide us with the numbers in relation to the following information, for the period 31st January 2024 to 30th January 2025, concerning Sharing or threatening to share an intimate photograph or film under Section 66b of the Sexual Offences Act (2003) where the victim is aged 18 or older:
o No further action (with further detail, if possible)
o Charges
o Other resolutions

Response: When reviewing the below information please note that searches were conducted for all crimes, recorded from 31st January 2024 to 30th January 2025, with a primary offence classification of one of the below Home Office Notifiable Crimes, and where there was at least one victim recorded who was aged 18 or over.
The resulting records were then reviewed to determine whether there was a linked custody reference denoting an arrest.
