I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 6th August as follows:
I would like to request the following data:
Q1. The number of police officers who have resigned or transferred out of Warwickshire Police, broken down by month, for each of the past five calendar years, including the current year to date (i.e., from August 2020 to the most recent available month in 2025).
Q2. For each of these resignations or transfers, a breakdown of the officers' length of service at the time of leaving, grouped where necessary (e.g., 0-1 year, 1-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+ years).
Q3. Where available, the reason for each resignation or transfer, as recorded by Warwickshire Police (e.g., retirement, career change, personal reasons, transfer to another force, job dissatisfaction, etc.). If individual reasons cannot be disclosed, please provide a summary or breakdown of the categories used.
