FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: 942-2024
I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 28th October 2024, and clarification received on 31st October 2024, as follows:
When I refer to pedestrianised areas I mean areas designated for pedestrians only and areas where access is shared between pedestrians and bikes. This will include footways, footpaths, bridleways, towpaths and any other public right of way.
If you are able to provide specific details about any of the reports, such as where it took place, I would be very grateful.
Clarification received on 31st October 2024:
I noticed a typo in my time frames. The time frame should be (01/01/2018-01/01/2024) and where possible (01/01/2024-28/10/2024). Please amend the time frames for question 2-4.
Sorry, I meant please amend the time frames for all the questions!
Response: Searches were conducted for all crimes and non-notifiable offences, recorded between 01/01/2018 and 28/10/2024, under the following codes:
and which relate to a pedestrianised area. I can advise that, based on these searches, there were no relevant records located and our response is therefore ‘no information held’.
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information provided is as accurate as possible.
