I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 15th October 2024 as follows:
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would be grateful if you could provide me with the following details:
- What is your current Duty Management System (DMS)?
- When was this Duty Management System installed?
- When does the contract for this Duty Management System expire?
- Actual spend on this contract, from the start of the contract to the current date: (total cost incurred on this contract from its start date to the current date, including details of the contract's duration (years covered) and the cost for any renewals)?
- What is your current Human Resource Management System (HRMS)?

Q1 response: Warwickshire Police use DMS (Origin).
Q2 response: The previous contract was under the Warwickshire and West Mercia Police Alliance; however, the standalone instance of DMS has been in place since 2021.
