I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 20th May 2024. Please find your questions and the Warwickshire police responses set out below.
I would be grateful if you could please provide details of your current contract covering reprographics/print and computer arrangements under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 as follows:-
- Number of MFDs (Multi-functional devices) and photocopiers.

- Name of incumbent supplier.
- Start/end date of contract (if expired, when do you expect to revisit the marketplace).
- What framework / Route to market used.

- Is there a support contract on above, if yes please state start/end date.
Q7 response: The contract is a managed service contract covering the devices and support.
- Do you have a Print Room.
- If yes, name of supplier, number of devices and start/end date of contract, also details of any extension options.
Q8 & Q9 response: No we do not have a print room; however, we have a separate contract for the printing of volume items ie leaflets, forms etc, details of this managed print service contract is in the public domain, please see the below link:

Q13 response: Lenovo – 150 approx.
- Make and number of laptop computers.
Q14 response: Lenovo and Microsoft – 1500 approx.
- Contract expiry date for desktop and laptop computers.
Q15 response: Warwickshire Police have an IT hardware and software contract. Information requested is available within the public domain and is therefore exempt from disclosure by virtue of Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act – ‘Information Reasonably Accessible by Other Means’.
