FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: FOI-84-2024
I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 19th January 2024 as follows:
May I request under the Freedom of Information Act, the number of fatal, serious injury, slight injury and damage only traffic collisions reported in Brandon on the A428 (Rugby Road).
I require this information covering the last ten years to January 2013.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in providing the response to your request and for any inconvenience that this may have caused you. Please find the Warwickshire Police response set out below.
Response: Searches were conducted for collisions which have occurred on the section of the A428 which is in Brandon. During the stated period there have been 3 collisions recorded and all have been slight injury.
Please note that damage only collisions are not required for statistical purposes and this information is not centrally recorded on the collision system. However, searches were conducted of the Command & Control System for reports of damage only collisions which have occurred within the area. This information is only searchable since 1st January 2014 and the total since that time is 13.
