FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUEST REFERENCE NO: 734-2024
I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 13th August 2024 as follows:
- Please can you provide the order for the M42 and M6 Motorways (M42 Junction 8 to M6 Junction 4a) (Link Roads) (Temporary Prohibition and Restriction of Traffic) which you currently reply on. The original order came into effect the 1st August 2022 and was valid for 18 months.
- Also, please provide pictures of the signs you are using in compliance for this order.

Please note that the name and signature have been redacted as they are exempt by virtue of Section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act.
Exemption under Section 40(2) is applicable where the information requested relates to a third party or could lead to the identification of the individual. Such a disclosure would breach an individual’s rights under the Data Protection Act 2018, in particular Article 5(1) of the GDPR which states that personal data shall be processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner in relation to the data subject.
