I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 13th August 2024 as follows:
1) How many charges for Murder were given in your forces area over the previous years stated below, starting from the 2018 calendar year.

2) Within your forces area, could you provide a breakdown of the areas that have the most murder charges.
This does not need to be broken down by postcode, towns would be sufficient for this.

When reviewing the information please note that this represents the number of individuals charged in relation to murders in Warwickshire, not the number of offences of murder which have resulted in a charge, ie there may be more than one individual charged in relation to a murder.
