On 16th October 2023 we requested the following clarification:
Please could you clarify that where you have referred to ‘seized’ that you only require information (for all questions) in relation to vehicles seized, ie due to no insurance/licence (sec 165), no tax (sec 29), anti-social (sec 59) and not to include vehicles ‘recovered’ after an RTC, breakdown, stolen etc?
On 19th October 2023 you provided the following clarification:
Thank you for your response. Yes where I have referred to 'seized' I only require information in relation to vehicles seized and not recovered.
