I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 12th October 2023 as follows:
Q1. The number of incident reports created between 1st July 2022 and 30th June 2023, with a call origin of ‘999’ broken down into months, and a grand total.
Q2. How many of these were not attended within targets for immediate and priority classifications.

Q2 response:
Immediate - there is no target set for the Immediate (Emergency) Classification as per the 'Deployment Principles'. Warwickshire Police will safely deploy the nearest available and most appropriate resource as expeditiously as possible, whilst assessing the threat, risk and harm associated with the incident and other emergency demands for service at that time.
Priority - the target attendance as per 'Deployment Principles' is 60 mins.
