- Number of arrests for S4 (1) (2) RTA 88 (Driving or attempting to drive or in charge of a motor vehicle, whilst unfit through drink or drugs).
- Number of persons charged for S4 (1) and (2) RTA 88.
- Number of arrests for S5a RTA 88 (Driving or attempting to drive or in charge of a motor vehicle with a specified controlled drug in the blood or urine in excess of the specified limit for that drug).
- Number of persons charged for S5a RTA 88.
