I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 10th February 2021 as follows:
Please provide information comprising copies of your Warwickshire Legitimacy Board Minutes.
Please cover the years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
(already hold minutes from the meetings dated 11 June 2020, 4 December 2019 and 4 March 2020)
Response: Section 17 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 requires Warwickshire Police, when refusing to provide such information (because the information is exempt) to provide you the applicant with a notice which:
(a) states that fact,
(b) specifies the exemption in question and
(c) states (if that would not otherwise be apparent) why the exemption applies.
The exemption applicable to the information is:

This is an absolute, class based exemption.
