Do you have any stated policy on the prosecution of those suspected of cannabis possession? If so, what is your policy?

Please see attached tables. Please note where a person has been prosecuted/convicted for more than one offence from the different categories - e.g. possession of Class A - Cocaine & possession of Class B - Cannabis - this has been counted as 2 in the figures provided.
