The number of complaints raised against PSD since April 2017 for the department failing to adhere to the IOPC’s Statutory Guidance to the police service on the handling of complaints
The number of complaints actually recorded against PSD since April 2017 for the department failing to adhere to the IOPC’s Statutory Guidance to the police service on the handling of complaints
REPLY: During the timeframe, 01/04/2017 - 23/07/2019 there were no complaints raised or recorded against officers or members of staff (current or ex) working for the Professional Standards department which related to the failing to adhere to the IOPC's Statutory Guidance to the Police Service on the handling of Complaints.
