I write in connection with your requests for information which were received on 7th January 2019. Please find below the responses to your requests for Warwickshire Police information:
* Please disclose the number of crimes reported at "nurseries", "nursery schools" and "pre-schools" in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 (calendar years);
* Please provide a breakdown showing the type of crime reported;
* Please also disclose, where known and if within the cost limit, the outcome of the report - for example individual charged with XX. If an individual was charged please disclose whether they were an "employee" or "other".

I can now advise you that searches of the Warwickshire Police systems have been made using the following crime addresses: Nursery, Pre school, Pre-school and preschool, to locate information relevant to your request False positives, for example ‘plant nursery’ have been removed. Please refer to the tables attached. Details are given such that no individual can be identified as provided in Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act.
Please note:
- Some pre-schools are attached to primary schools so the crime could concern the primary school more than the preschool.
- None of the individuals charged had an occupation recorded as ‘employee’. However, the occupation column is not always accurate.
