Our ambition is to make Warwickshire a place where women and girls can live, work, study, socialise and travel safely and confidently, free of fear, violence, intimidation and harassment.
Working with our partners and ensuring we are Fit for the Future, our vision is to protect people from harm, to be great at protecting the most vulnerable and effectively disrupt and pursue offenders.
We are also part of Operation Soteria - a collaborative programme which brought together 19 police forces - including Warwickshire Police - and academics to understand and tackle the challenges seen in rape and serious sexual offences investigations.

Many of the underlying causes of violence against women and girls are societal. Alongside enforcement, prevention also plays a key role.
Therefore, it is essential for us to work in partnership with key stakeholders if we are to effectively tackle VAWG as a society. All of society needs to be engaged and committed to change.
