Our two-year, non- degree holder entry route into policing is a blended programme of practical on the job uniformed experience and classroom-based learning, aimed at people who wish to become a Police Constable and do not wish to gain a degree at the end of the programme.
You will be employed as an officer from day one and will be provided with a solid foundation of policing and support from our dedicated in- house training team.
The Police Constable Entry Programme (PCEP) route salary is £29,907 per annum. This increases each year and within 3 years, you will earn over £32,000.
