Following a closure order made at a property on Drayton Road in Bedworth, two males were reportedly discovered inside the house yesterday (24 September).
The closure order on the property was put in place by Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council on Friday 20 September for a period of three months.
It was implemented after numerous reports of ASB were linked to the property, which had a negative effect on the community.
Following this, a 43-year-old man and a 41-year-old man of no fixed address have been arrested on suspicion of breaching a court order.
The 41-year-old man was further arrested for possession of class B drugs.
Sgt Chris Studd of Bedworth Safer Neighbourhood Team said “You told us the property was a magnet for antisocial behaviour, so we worked with the council to get it closed.
“This meant that we were able to take swift and effective action against two men who thought that they could continue with business as usual at this house.
“Thank you to the community for highlighting this problem to us – if there’s something bothering you in your area, don’t hesitate to let us know so we can sort it.”
