Witnesses to road traffic collision on M40 Southbound

On Tuesday 15 October, a white BMW estate was involved in a road traffic collision with a blue BMW X2 on the M40 Southbound at the exit for Junction 16.
The white BMW was parked on the hard shoulder when, at around 12:30pm, the blue BMW collided with the rear of it, resulting in a passenger of the parked car in his 80s sustaining serious injuries.
