Congratulations to two of our teams whose work has put them in the running to win national technology awards.
Nick Clarke and the Data and Insight team have been shortlisted in two categories at the Digital, Data and Technology Awards 2024.
Nick - the force’s head of change - is up for the Excellence in Leadership award, which recognises individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and significantly contributed to their organisation’s values.
Katie, meanwhile, will represent her Data and Insight team in the Excellence in Service category for the work they’ve done developing automated systems to capture and record performance across the force.
The awards are set to take place next Wednesday (23 October) and we wish them both the best of luck.
Speaking about their nomination, the force’s Director of Data, Strategy and Technology, Steve Russell said: “We’ve made a huge step forward in our ability to deliver major change projects and our use of data to support decision making.
“I’m pleased this has been recognised by the judges and is further evidence of the excellent work being done in Warwickshire.”
