He is described as a white male aged between 20 and 30 years old and approximately 5ft 9in tall.
The man is of a muscular build with a big red-coloured beard and a sleeve-style tattoo on his left arm.
He was wearing a black Nike hat with white logo, a white t-short, black jeans, and white shoes, and would have been carrying a large black car roof box.
Witnesses say he spoke with an eastern European accent.
