A 17-year-old boy from Coventry has been charged with failure to stop, driving without due care and attention, driving without insurance, driving not in accordance with a license, and aggravated vehicle taking.
He has also been charged with possession of cannabis and will appear in Coventry Youth Court on 25 April for his first hearing.
This follows an incident on 28 March during which officers reportedly came across a young male in Keresley End riding a motorbike believed to have been stolen.
The motorbike allegedly failed to stop on request, reportedly leading to a pursuit.
With the assistance of an NPAS, the male was tracked to Charity Road, where he allegedly dismounted the motorbike and was arrested shortly afterwards.
