Key witness sought in Stockton road traffic collision investigation

On 21 June at around 3:20pm, a road traffic collision was reported on the canal bridge outside the Blue Lias Inn on Stockton Road in Stockton.
We are appealing for the driver of a Mazda MPV who was reportedly present at the scene but who left before police arrived to come forward, as they may be a key witness to the incident.
