Recognising the importance of visibility, reassurance and prevention, we would like to reassure you that we will continue to have additional patrols along with our usual Safer Neighbourhood Teams across the county this weekend.
It is business as usual for us here in Warwickshire, we are continuing to work closely with our partner agencies and communities across the county to keep our residents safe during this national period of unrest.
Should we need to, we have a robust plan in place to deal with any disorder with specially trained officers equipped to respond quickly and intervene early if required.
Violence and disorder or hate crime will never be tolerated and offenders will be arrested and brought to justice swiftly, named and shared widely.
Please be reassured public safety remains our number one priority and along with partners, we will do everything we can to keep our communities safe.
