Police are appealing for witnesses after a robbery at a shop in Chequer Street, Bulkington.
Officers were called to Balloons and Treats following the incident at around 12.15pm on Wednesday 3 April.
A man entered the shop and demanded money. He smashed the victim’s phone before leaving with a quantity of cash.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or has doorbell or dash cam footage from the area around the time of the incident.
The offender is described as black, around 5ft 7in tall and of slim build. He was wearing a black hoodie with tassels; the hood was up. He was also wearing black trousers, a blue surgical mask and blue latex gloves.
