Witness appeal following collision in Nuneaton

Officers want to speak to anyone who was near Croft Road, Nuneaton at around 5.45pm on Friday 29 September.

Police received a report that a blue Ford Transit van had collided with a woman near to the junction with Tomkinson Road.

Officers attended where they found the woman with an injury to her head. She was taken to hospital by a member of her family.

The collision happened near to the fish and chip shop which was very busy at the time so it is hoped some of these people will have witnessed it.

Officers investigating the collision want to speak to any motorists who were travelling in the area around the time of the collision.
