Leanne Jackson, 35-years-old of Denehurst Way in Nuneaton, has been arrested and charged with violating the Public Order Act sections 4 (causing fear of provocation of violence by threatening words or behaviour) and 5 (causing harassment, alarm, or distress) as well as theft from a shop.
This is following a series of reported incidents which took place in Nuneaton, the first of which (from the 26 September) involved the alleged theft of £25 worth of goods from a service station on Croft Road.
Following this, on 30 September it was reported that a woman allegedly urinated in a public place on Harefield Road.
On 3 October, an altercation is alleged to have taken place in the town centre, in which a woman was reportedly identified using CCTV footage as participating.
Leanne was arrested and charged for all three offences on 4 October. She will appear in Warwickshire Magistrates Court on 10 November.
