Officers investigating a non-stop collision in Bedworth are asking for witnesses to come forward.
Police and ambulance were called to the junction of Dark Lane and Goodyers End Lane shortly after 8pm on Monday (27 November).
On arrival, they found a man is his 60s who had suffered shoulder, back, hip and head injuries. He was taken to hospital.
It is understood a vehicle was in collision with the pedestrian prior to the arrival of emergency services, but the driver failed to stop at the scene.
We're now carrying out further investigation to establish the vehicle's make and model and are asking anyone who was in the area at the time to get in touch.
If you have dashcam footage of the vehicle or the moments prior to the collision, please contact the force quoting incident number 281 of 27 November.
