Joesph Banks, 30, has been charged with violent offences against two women in Atherstone and Dordon.
Banks is alleged to have assaulted one of the women on the 24 October in Watling Street, Dordon. Later that day he is alleged to have assaulted another woman at a flat in Atherstone.
He has been charged with two counts of assault, and one count each of intentional strangulation, driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
Banks, who is of no fixed abode, appeared at Coventry Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Wednesday 15 November) where he was remanded to appear at Warwick Crown Court on 13 December.
