Officers are asking for the kind members of the public who reportedly assisted a man after he was assaulted in Stratford to contact them.
At around 9.30pm on Friday, April 28, a man was reportedly assaulted at Stratford's Bell Court, leaving him with a fractured jaw and other injuries.
Several members of the public reportedly assisted the man and helped him get to his feet.
A suspect has already been arrested and officers believe the members of the public who assisted the victim may have vital information that could further aid the investigation.
