A 42-years-old man from Nuneaton was arrested under suspicion of possession with intent to supply cocaine.
A 42-years-old man from Nuneaton, was arrested on Monday evening (12 June) after a large quantity of cocaine and £11,000 cash was found in a car.
He was arrested after officers stopped his car in Hargreave Street, Wolverhampton, and is being held under suspicion of possession with intent to supply cocaine.
Detective Constable Dan Lydster said “Investigations into the activities of suspected drug dealers, particularly when they are moving large quantities of it around the area, are key to cutting off the supply at its source.
“Each gramme of cocaine carries with it a violent history from production to distribution, and funds criminal gangs which we will not tolerate in our communities.”
