Were you driving along the A45 Daventry Road near Dunchurch on Saturday (22 July)?
Did you witness a collision between a cyclist and a white Transit van?
It happened around 1.20pm, however the van driver failed to stop at the scene after the collision.
The cyclist - a man in his 30s - suffered minor injuries, which required hospital treatment.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has dashcam footage of it is asked to get in touch with us.
