Three men and two women have been charged following two drugs raids in Nuneaton and Coleshill.
Shortly before 9am on Thursday (19 January), officers entered a business premises on Station Road in Coleshill where they located a cannabis grow.
Romeo Canaj, 24, and Ervin Azizaj, 35, both of no fixed abode, were arrested and charged with abstracting/using electricity without authority and producing a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis.
Both were remanded to appear before Coventry Magistrates’ Court today (Friday).
Shortly before 10am, officers conducted a warrant at a property on Kingswood Road in Nuneaton.
A significant quantity of cash and drugs as well as a BB gun were recovered.
Kion McMaster, 20, of Brendon Way, Nuneaton, was arrested and charged with:
• possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis
• possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A - crack cocaine
• possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – heroin
• being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine
• being concerned in the supply of heroin
• acquire/using/possessing criminal property
Tauria Conception, 20, of no fixed abode, was arrested and charged with:
• possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A - crack cocaine
• possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis
• acquiring/using/possessing criminal property
• possessing with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – heroin
Elizabeth Albrighton, 45, of Kingswood Road, was arrested and charged with:
• permit use of premises for supply – cocaine
• permit use of premises for supply/attempt/offer to supply a controlled drug of Class B – cannabis
• permit use of premises for supply - heroin
All three were remanded and were set to appear before magistrates in Coventry today.
