Witness appeal after reported hit-and-run in Wellesbourne

We are looking for anyone who can help with our investigation into a road traffic collision which reportedly took place at 9:30pm yesterday evening (14 December) in Wellesbourne.
A young male in his 20s was reportedly hit by a white VW Golf outside of the pub on Ettington Road, which then left the area.
The victim has sustained life-threatening injuries and remains in hospital for treatment at this time.
