Were you driving or walking along Coventry Road in Bedworth on Monday afternoon (14 August)?
We're appealing for witnesses to a collision between a white Audi and a red coloured motorbike.
It happened close to the junction with the leisure centre at 12.45pm and saw the motorcyclist - a man in his 30s - suffer serious leg injuries.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone who saw the collision or the manner in which the vehicles were being driven is asked to get in touch.
Anyone with information should contact the force quoting incident number 158 of 14 August.
