Body found in search for missing teenager - Rugby

We are sad to report that a police dive team have found a body in Rugby's Newbold Quarry this afternoon (Thursday).

Formal identification has taken place and it is understood to be that of 17-year-old Toby Burwell, who has been missing for a number of weeks.

His death is not currently being treated as suspicious, and a file will be prepared for the coroner.

Our thoughts remain with Toby’s family and friends at this incredibly difficult time.
