Witnesses are being urged to come forward following a collision in Leyes Lane, Kenilworth.
The incident, involving what is believed to be a red or burgundy car, and a pedestrian, happened at 3.40pm on Wednesday (18 October).
A 12-year-old girl suffered minor injuries to her head and leg.
The vehicle is reported to have left the scene following the collision.
Enquiries into the incident are underway and officers would like to hear form anyone who saw the collision. Drivers with dashcam are also asked to check for footage that may assist the investigation.
