The family of a 19-year-old man who died in a collision in Bedworth last week has paid tribute to him.
Callum Abell - from Coventry - sadly died following a single-vehicle collision on Astley Lane at around 9am on Thursday 26 May.
Callum’s parents have written the following tribute: “Callum was the most kind and caring son anyone could ask for. He was hard working and had not long passed his driving test and bought his own car.
“He leaves behind two sisters and five brothers, and a truly heartbroken mum and dad. He was just starting out in life and heading on the right path, working hard to buy his own property when he was tragically taken from us.
“He will be forever missed by all who met him and will never be forgotten. Forever 19.”
Officers investigating the collision are continuing to appeal to anyone who may witnessed the incident to please come forward.
Anyone with information is asked to call Warwickshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 74 of 26 May 2022.
The original appeal can be found here.
