Investigating officers are appealing for witnesses to a robbery in Atherstone.
Two males are understood to have entered the post office on Manor Road around 12.15pm on Saturday 18 June.
While one of the males held the door closed, the second male is reported to have approached and threatened the cashier with what is believed to be a bladed article.
The cashier, who was uninjured but left shaken by the incident, handed over a quantity of cash before the two males left in an unknown direction.
They are described as white, aged somewhere between 16 and 18, around 6ft tall, of slim to medium build. Both were wearing dark clothing during the incident.
Enquiries are currently ongoing and we are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed the incident or was in the area at the time.
We would also like people who noticed anyone acting suspiciously or who saw anyone entering the post office between 12.05pm and 12.15pm to get in touch with us.
Anyone with information can report it online, call 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 quoting incident number 157 of 18 June.
